The College of Geosciences at Texas A&M University is one of the finest in the country. We are made up of four academic disciplines concerned with Earth. We offer top undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Atmospheric Sciences/Meteorology, Geography, Geology and Geophysics. We also offer an undergraduate minor and graduate degree programs in Oceanography as well as interdisciplinary degrees in Environmental Studies, Environmental Geosciences and Spatial Sciences.

The College of Geosciences at Texas A&M University is concerned with the discovery and conservation of the magnificent resources, human and natural, that make up the world. It is the fusion of all the sciences pertaining to the Earth and human interaction with it.

Through our commitment to excellence, innovation, and cross disciplinary and interdisciplinary initiatives in education and research, we accomplish our mission of training globally-aware Geosciences leaders for science, government and industry. At our college, students have opportunities to engage and participate in research experiences, learning communities, international exposures and diverse cross-cultural experiences.
